About Me Marti Garcia

I have been a writer since I was 8yrs old. My professional background is in parenting education and Family Advocacy for over 30 years. I grew up in Arkansas and have great memories of the many crazy adventures my friends and I went on. My Catholic faith has been my cornerstone and strength. I am excited to share my projects and adventures that will keep you guessing.

With kids all grown up and left the house, we have filled our lives with more kids, goats, that is. My husband and I live in CO, enjoying retirement and living on the land. I am quoted as saying there's never a dull moment. 

Author, Writer, Sharing my Fatih, are just a few of my ongoing projects. My latest accomplishment is The Adventures of The St. Joe Girls.This is a children's chapter book series based on four Catholic school girls growing up in the 60s. All the crazy, fun, and innocent activities are a fun trip for your kids to experience. The first book in the series is The Ladybugs. What really happens as the girls have a BIG plan will surprise you. This book will come out in the late fall. The next book will be The Tomboy. Where will that lead the girls? This book is for ages 6-9yrs.
